Photoshop CS4 Photo Effect Tutorial

This is a step by step Photoshop CS4 photo effect tutorial.

Duplicate your Photo

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Click Add Layer Mask at the bottom of Layer Tab

Click Brush Tool and start masking and when you finished, open a new layer

Click Pen Tool and start making a curve line

Right Click in the curve and choose Stroke Path

Add a New Layer and Click Window > Brushes or Hit F5 and make check the scattering

 Add a New Layer for the Background Effect and choose Soft Light for the Blending Change

Photoshop CS4 Photo Retouch Tutorial for Beginners

This is a Photo Retouch using Photoshop CS4 and its so fast and easy for begginers.

Step 1. Duplicate your Photo

Step 2. Filter > Noise > Dust & Scratches
      

Step 3. Click Add Layer Mask at the buttom of your Layers Tab

Step 4. Use Brush Tool to erase the spots of the dust. and this is the Final Result of the Photo Retouch.
